Both have been very sturdy and we feel the trim, windows, etc. are the quality we would expect in the price range we wanted. It seems as if the complaints are all contractor related. Theres the double pane inside and the storm windows outside. I would have to take all the screws out of outside storms and take off to clean between the Windows. It seems they should have put something a lot easier to clean between.
