If we had a free and fair housing market then you’d have that option. If would then be legal to even live in a motor home or a travel trailer or any manufactured home. I’d want at least 300 square feet so no tiny home for me. But we ALL should have that choice, that FREEDOM.

Most mobile home parks are very vulnerable to natural disasters like floods, hurricanes, tornadoes, etc. That should be checked in with the county development office so you would be sure of the land property you’re buying. Also, check to know if there are zoning restrictions so you could determine if mobile homes can be installed on that property in that area.
