Must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to long term care administration. The ideal candidate for the Executive Director position will meet all state requirements for a licensed Nursing Home Administrator and will be currently licensed as an LNHA in the state of Pennsylvania. The individual’s professional experience should include at least two years of gradually increasing management responsibility with a minimum of an AIT internship completed. Attend and participate in scheduled training, educational classes, and orientation programs to maintain certification and enhance quality of care.

Mom went in there when she had a fall and broke the upper part of her arm last March. And she would go for days without them even brushing her teeth. To me, it is unacceptable when the bells are ringing and the aides are standing along the wall or in a room just watching TV. She didn't like the food at all, and I understand people there have healthcare needs. When she went to rehab, the nurses and physical therapy were wonderful.
