This is the second Wausau home we have owned, the first a very basic 1980's raised ranch, this one a one story, 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath built around 2004. Both have been very sturdy and we feel the trim, windows, etc. are the quality we would expect in the price range we wanted. It seems as if the complaints are all contractor related.
